Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you place an order, request a quote, request a material, use support chat, or contact us, we collect the information needed to respond and produce or ship your job: your name, email address, company name, shipping address, order specifications, and any artwork files, artwork links, vehicle details, or messages you provide. The site also receives standard browser and device information, page paths, referrer information, campaign parameters, and conversion identifiers when analytics or advertising measurement is enabled.

2. How We Use It

We use information to configure and price supported orders, provide quotes, process payments, prepare and ship printed graphics, review proofs, support reprints, communicate about orders and requests, answer questions, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and measure site and campaign performance. We do not sell personal information.

3. Artwork & Files

Artwork and file links you submit are stored in application object storage or referenced from the location you provide so we can review, prepare, print, ship, and support reprints. Customer-submitted designs remain your property. When Ink & Orbit creates your design, you receive only a flattened approval mockup/proof for review. Ink & Orbit retains production artwork, vehicle templates, layered and editable files, scaled files, panel layouts, and print-ready output. Ink & Orbit-created production artwork, vehicle templates, layered and editable files, scaled files, panel layouts, and print-ready output are retained by Ink & Orbit. No fixed public deletion period is currently promised; files may be retained as long as reasonably needed for production, support, reprints, accounting, legal obligations, and business records, after which they may be deleted under our operational practices.

4. Payment Information

Online payments are processed by Stripe when checkout is available. The application does not store full credit card numbers. Payment and order information may be retained for transaction records, reconciliation, fraud prevention, refunds or reprints, and legal or accounting requirements.

5. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Measurement

The site may use cookies, browser storage, pixels, and similar technologies. When configured, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads may measure page views, interactions, conversions, and campaign attribution. PostHog measures a limited anonymous ordering funnel using page paths and category-level events; session recording, form autocapture, and person profiles are disabled. This can include browser or device information, page paths, referrer information, UTM campaign values, and advertising identifiers such as click IDs. Analytics and advertising tools do not receive customer contact details, shipping addresses, full payment-card details, artwork, customer messages, or free-text order fields.

6. Customer Communications

We use email to send or respond to order, proof, payment, shipping, quote, support, and material-request communications. Customer messages and relevant order details may be delivered through Resend or another configured email service to Ink & Orbit. These are currently transactional or direct-response communications, not a marketing mailing list.

7. Sharing & Service Providers

We share the information needed for a provider to perform its role: Stripe for payment processing; shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for delivery; Resend or another configured email provider for customer communications; Replit hosting and application object storage for operating the site and retaining files; and Google Analytics, Google Ads, or PostHog when analytics or advertising measurement is configured. We do not sell personal information or share more than reasonably needed for these purposes.

8. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify the request and may retain information needed for an active order, reprint support, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings and use available provider controls. Google Analytics, Google Ads, the limited PostHog funnel, and first-party campaign attribution honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. The site does not currently provide an in-app analytics preference panel, so browser and provider controls are the available choices for these technologies. We do not currently send bulk marketing email or SMS; any future marketing program would require its own consent and unsubscribe choices.
